For job coaches, we provided personalized JobMatcher URLs. Through these unique URLs, they gain in-depth insight into their coachees' test results, ultimately empowering them to offer tailored career advice. Companies also receive a URL variant of the JobMatcher test, which they can use to better grasp their employees' value and competence profiles.
